Print staff labels

A name can be assigned to a staff with Staff: Staff Properties, General tab, Staff Name. You will see the staff name in Tools: Score Review and in the status bar at the bottom when the staff is active.

The Staff Label is used for printing.

To option to set the labels to print (or not) is done with File: Page Setup, Options, Staff Labels. Here you can select

• None: The staff labels will not appear in the printout.

• First System: The staff labels will appear only once, on the top system of the first page.

• Top Systems: The staff labels will appear on the top system of each page in the printout.

• All Systems: The staff labels will appear to the left of every system on every page. If you entered information under Abbreviated (beside Staff Label), this will appear on the systems after the first.
